Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the http://www.spiritedawaymassage.co.uk/ website (the "Service") operated by Spirited Away Massage (SAM)(“us”, "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Client Registration

Disclosure of medical conditions: all clients will be asked to complete either a health questionnaire or interview prior to receiving treatment from SAM. This enables the therapist to plan and carry out safe and appropriate treatment. Clients are therefore advised to disclose all known medical conditions, undiagnosed symptoms, medical treatment and medication received when completing this form. Failure to do so may result in incorrect treatment, for which SAM can accept no responsibility.

SAM reserves the right to withhold treatment from clients who are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of their treatment. This is for the protection of both the client and therapist.

Clients aged under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must remain present in the room at all times during the treatment session and must observe client confidentiality

Inappropriate Behaviour

SAM has the right to terminate a treatment immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behaviour. Payment will be collected for the full treatment price, provided more than 10 minutes has been spent massaging the client. If the therapist is unable to collect money before leaving, an invoice will be sent to the client. All invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue date.

Payments

The agreed fee for the services is immediately payable via PayPal when booking through the SAM website and online booking system or within 7 days of the SAM invoice when booking by phone or email.

Any changes to the agreed hours or agreed treatment requested by the client following booking may incur additional fees. Additional fees will be invoiced and payable with 7 days of invoicing.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Spirited Away Massage.

Spirited Away Massage has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Spirited Away Massage shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
